**Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Administrative duties within the Human Resource Department, Offshore Team to assist with the Temporary Foreign Worker Program
- File management, paper, and digital formats
- Data entry, create and update files for newly hired TFW employees
- Responsible for building and upkeep of spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, department metrics intended to keep stakeholders informed
- Form and document creation
- Organize, sort, and distribute packages and incoming mail
- Assist with orientation, create, distribute, and scan documentation into electronic files and/ADP
- Assist with programs that ensure legislative compliance
- Schedule appointments with; Service Canada (SIN), Service Ontario (Health Cards), TFW medical appointments
- Coordinate travel for TFW local appointments
- General duties in support the Offshore Team and the Human Resources Department

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- College diploma in Administration or equivalent experience, required
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize while remaining flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated communication skills, written, oral and spoken - Bilingual Spanish is an asset

**Physical Abilities**:

- Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs
- Must be able to lift material regularly up to 14 kg / 30 lbs; and occasionally up to 23 kg / 50lbs
- Must be able to climb stairs and stand on feet for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately 13 ˚C / 55 ˚F
