Oversee data mining, evaluation, feature engineering, quality inspection and adjustment of available data, and the selection of predictors for a wide range of complex predictive modeling mandates- Analyze client and partner business needs, generate hypotheses, and lead mandates, taking into account the specifics of their operationalization and ensuring coordination during the rollout- Use advanced statistical, machine learning and artificial intelligence methods to use data, and develop and optimize models and segmentations that meet business needs- Create the programming needed to prepare and mine data, and develop, evaluate, support, roll out and manage highly complex models- Prepare easy-to-understand presentations and data visualizations to support the sector's business decisions when presented to management for consideration- Draft guidelines and data modeling methods, ensure specifications for optimal model performance are met, help develop documentation, and prepare and deliver training- Identify opportunities to improve rules and systems, anticipate underlying impacts of changes and make enhancements to data management tools.

What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of four years of relevant experience- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Knowledge of French is required- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
