**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within budget.
- Analyze current business processes and develop new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Design and propose solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project performance and report on progress, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
**How to thrive in this role?**:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, project management or a related field.
- You have minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis and project management.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and develop effective solutions.
- You have proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- You are an expert in process analysis and development to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members (French and/or Spanish are an asset);
- You are familiar with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, MS O365 tools).
- You have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- You are flexible to adapt to changing business needs and priorities; your creativity activates in ambiguous situations
- You have a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables.
- You have experience in the aerospace or other manufacturing industry, including familiarity with manufacturing processes, adult learning theories and regulatory requirements
