**In your role, you will**:
- Identify, develop, and implement revenue opportunities through data mining, market benchmarking, customer focus groups, etc.
Perform various cost analysis in order to capitalize on any cost reduction opportunities.- Create and present proposals for fleet customers.
- Support Sales team in the development of sales/discount strategies in the interest of generating incremental business and enhance customer loyalty.
Ensure the most efficient use of major Technical Publication’s supplier(s)- Identify, evaluate and define the action plans to 1) reduce overall costs; 2) improve quality; 3) ensure throughput; and 4) manage/minimize key risks.
- Create and maintain case studies, reporting, governance, financial impacts, and KPIs for projects.
- You have a BCom/BA ideally with concentrations in Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance, or Operations Management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- You have demonstrated experience in collecting, modelling, and analyzing data in support of initiatives/ business cases and the development and execution of strategy.
- You have project management experience (PMP certification an asset)
- You have Service Provider management / BPO (Business Process Optimization) experience and/or have managed contractors.
- You have strong leadership qualities with cross business unit functional skills.
- You demonstrate organizational, communication and change management skills.
- You are a team player, and you know how to maintain good relationships.
- You have the ability to work in English and French is a major advantage.
- You have a high-level of proficiency in Excel.
- You have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) would be considered an asset.
