Northreach Society is seeking a full-time Case Manager for our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) project at the Community Care Campus
- Employees hired will be working 5 days a week 9AM-5PM, with one weekend rotation a month._

Northreach Society is seeking dynamic individuals to work days, and/or weekends at the Community Care Campus. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in their community while supporting people within a harm reduction philosophy. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals to learn about harm reduction, homelessness, substance use, community supports and how to build bridges with vulnerable populations.

Northreach Society is a progressive non-profit organization actively engaged in changing the conversation surrounding drug use, people who use drugs, homelessness, HIV and vulnerable populations. As a team member, you will gain knowledge in the following areas: HIV, hepatitis C, and other sexually transmitted infections; Naloxone; Supervised Consumption Services; sex-trade and survival sex; substance use; homelessness; LBGTQ supports; comprehensive sexual health; harm reduction supply distribution; supportive housing; and community support networks. You will also be part of a supportive team that encourages personal and professional growth.
- Completion of post-secondary school or currently enrolled; or a combination of life and education experience
- Clean drivers abstract
- Clean criminal record
- Non-judgemental attitude
- Knowledge of harm reduction, HIV and hepatitis C
- Understanding of vulnerable populations
