**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and directing calls and referring them to the appropriate party
- Data entry into our support ticketing software from phone calls received
- Ensure support tickets are being dealt with in a timely fashion
- Ensuring tickets are dispatched to the appropriate team
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy
- Courteously greet walk-in clients and inform appropriate personnel
- Maintain all telephone lists and client directories
- Arrange courier services for timely delivery of materials
- Type routine office correspondence
- Stock kitchen and washrooms as required (with the support of the entire team)
- Care for office plants
- Fire extinguisher and exit lights monthly testing and arrangement of required maintenance
- Maintain staff assigned assets
- Other duties as requested

Skills/Qualifications:

- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Customer service / reception experience
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Good computer knowledge
- Clean criminal record check

Full-Time, 13-month contract with the possibility of extension

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 13 months

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
