**THE OPPORTUNITY**

There is an immediate opportunity for a **CRM/Marketing Technology Specialist** to work from our Toronto office. Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Business Development, this position is primarily responsible for maintaining and cleansing the data activities found within the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and to manage other marketing tools and technologies that support BD & M related activities.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Review data found within the CRM database and address discrepancies and update system, specifically:

- Monitor CRM tickets/Data Change Management tool, identify and correct incomplete data;
- Ensure that all necessary data fields are populated with correct data; and
- Work with the firm’s client and due date information system, to correct client contact information where appropriate.
- Ability to review multiple data sources, turn data into information for business development or marketing purposes (i.e. merge/promote and cross reference data into the CRM).
- Query database to produce reports with multiple list requirements for marketing communications, events, and business development.
- Provide additional CRM training to professionals.
- Oversee the firm’s webinar and podcast series and maintain podcast website.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What you’ll bring to B&P**:

- Minimum two years’ experience. CRM system administrator experience to setup/edit user permissions, group settings, system settings required.
- Knowledge of CASL and best practice procedures to ensure CASL compliance an asset.
- Video editor program such as Premiere Pro.
- Website design, coding, and basic SEO knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite - (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
- Strong team player who demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new systems and technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
