**The Opportunity**:

**Sunwing Vacations**, we are looking for a
**CRM Specialist** to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of promotional and triggered CRM campaigns. You will also manage customer data and utilize marketing technology platforms to build target audiences and deploy campaigns. The position reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and will be located in
**Toronto, ON**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- _Communicate with_ _various brand_ _teams and the Marketing Operations Manager to understand campaign briefs, deploy campaigns, and report any potential issues_
- _Carry out full testing on digital messaging for functions and rendering quality across all clients, and manage approval processes and campaign scheduling_
- _Assist with day-to-day CRM marketing activities including, but not limited to, campaign set-up, tagging, QA, scheduling and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns_
- _Closely m_onitor campaigns post-deployment to validate completion_ _and deliverability_
- _Track effectiveness of all CRM marketing efforts and provide recommendations on operational process_
- _Resolve errors with campaign execution that may occur during and post-deployment_
- _Enforce and communicate pre-established deadlines and processes for campaign requests_
- _Manage campaign set up from design, creation, testing and then deployment_
- _Use project management tool to track the progress of campaign deployments_
- _Create or update existing standard operating procedures (SOPs)_
- _Maintain and update_ documentations related to campaign deployment or other CRM marketing activities_

**What You’ll Need**:

- _Minimum one (1) year of experience in a related field_
- _Post-secondary _education in Marketing or a related field_
- _Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)_
- _Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS_
- _Ability to work under tight deadlines_
- _Strong attention to detail while working on multiple campaigns simultaneously_
- _Effectively communicates work effort and time to completion needed for all tasks/projects_
- _Excellent interpersonal skills_
