**The Role**

Think like your customer, act like an owner. A successful Outside Sales Representative is the eyes and ears of our business and we are looking for someone who will successfully grow our presence and customer base in the National Capital Region. Sales consultation, customer service, and innovative problem solving and an interest in networking are key to this role.

**Your Skillset**

- You are highly organized and detail-oriented
- You are customer-focused and empathetic
- You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written in both English and français
- You have great interpersonal skills allowing for great connections with customers, vendors and peers
- You are a seasoned professional with strong business acumen
- You value a high level of integrity and accountability
- You are adaptable and have the capability to constructively deal with challenges and setbacks
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently as the role is out in the field five days a week
- You possess a network of client relationships and record of sales (or operational) experience

**You possess**:

- A degree or diploma in Project Management (Food Service Industry Specific preferred)
- Proficient in English and French (reading, writing, verbal)
- 1 or more years outside or cold calling sales experience
- Tech savvy
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing (Reference Checks, Criminal Record Search)
- Strong communication skills

**Salary**: $54,421.00-$68,367.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
