Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. This position requires someone who is attentive, empathetic, and capable of handling various caregiving responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients
- Document client progress and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in caregiving, senior care, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration practices is a plus
- Familiarity with nursing home, hospice care, or assisted living environments is beneficial
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting
- Experience in home care settings is advantageous

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and observational skills
- Patience and empathy towards individuals requiring care
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.57 per hour
