**Overview**
Our philosophy at Small Victory Bakery is to provide our customers with a warm neighborhood bakery experience. The mission is simple; always be the best part of someone’s day. We like to remind people that sometimes the little things - like a delicious coffee and warm pastry - is all it takes to put a smile on someone's face and make their day a little better.

**Duties**:
1. Coach, mentor, and train new and existing pastry team staff

2. Proof, bake and finish all products to company quality standards and recipes

3. Ensure quality control standards are maintained and implemented daily between pastry staff and front of house staff. Ensure all communication reading quality is discussed in a timely manner.

4. With the store manager, manage day to day production and inventory controls

5. Complete pastry related orders daily and weekly

6. Clean, sanitize and organize workstations daily

7. Complete deep cleaning weekly and monthly as needed

8. Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- 3+ year in pastry or baking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour
