**JOB TYPE**: Full-time, Permanent

**DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Daily one-to-one phone contact (40% / day) with both existing customers as well as new prospects.
- Primary job focus will be on delivering excellent customer service level to existing customers including; building account penetration and relationships to better understand their needs, resolving any customer problems that may arise, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Secondary focus will target growing new business through customer cold calls, CRM profiling of prospective customers, identification of key decision makers and qualification of new customer potential.

**IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University or College level business diploma and or 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success ideally in the electronic components industry.
- Competitive and driven personality with a passion to learn.
- Strong team player.
- Passionate yet personable with excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) with an excellent attention to detail.
- Professional appearance.
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
