This manager of Collection Analytics will be managing major reporting on collection programs and analytical solution for collection effort prioritization. Core accountabilities includes: Consults on analytical solutions to understand, analyze, and synthesize requirements, goals and objectives relative to data and business intelligence needs and to enable high-quality, fact-based business decisions to drive better business outcomes. Provides advice on the configuration, functionality, applicability, and usability of data management, data analytics, and data visualization technology solutions. Supports the development of the strategy and roadmap for data quality and data analytics, data modeling, reporting, business intelligence, and the design and development of sophisticated decision support tools.

Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage collection programs governance reporting.
- Lead and manage reporting requests from business partners in Risk, Financial Report, Technology department. Elaborate report logic to broader audience.
- Deliver reports with high accuracy and adequate documentation. Support regulatory inquiry and internal supervision.
- Provide root cause analysis when any critical gaps identified in data source or operational process and recommend best practices.
- Manage business reporting and design robust validation procedures.

2. Lead the enhancement of operational reporting
- Set up tracking system to monitor team/individual agent performance and identify opportunities. Experience with workforce management a plus.

3. Design Champion/Challenger test for collection strategy and optimize performance
- Interpret testing results and recommend strategic decisions to leadership.

4. Collaborate with business partners from various business functions
- Able to represent the team when working with business partners from various department, including internal audit, risk governance, operations, finance and technology. Capable of delivering accurate messages and maintaining good business relationships.

5. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics). 1 + years of experience in financial industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and SAS with data preparation, data analysis, and statistical toolsets.
- Knowledge on banking regulations and compliance policies preferred.
- Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

- Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.
