**Duties**
- Efficiently wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash as needed.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as required, including basic food handling and preparation duties.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained to support cooking operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Willingness to learn and assist with various kitchen tasks beyond dishwashing duties.
