As an Entry Level Sales Team Leader, you will be the bridge between our management team and our staff, helping to keep operations running smoothly and customers well taken care of. From organizing daily schedules to supporting your teammates and ensuring the highest service standards, you will play a key part in driving both performance and work culture forward.

This position is **not remote** and requires daily attendance at our Victoria office. It is not your average desk job - each day brings new conversations, meaningful challenges, and opportunities to learn. In this role, you will build valuable sales and communication skills while contributing to a high-performing team that celebrates success together.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Support daily operations and keep things running efficiently
- Coach, motivate, and support team members to succeed
- Engage and assist customers with care and professionalism
- Handle purchase processes and contribute to the best customer experience
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and department operations
- Participate in team meetings, and new hire training initiatives
- Step into leadership responsibilities to ensure sales goals are met

**What You Bring**
- At least one year of experience in a people-focused role OR a strong desire to learn and sharpen your skills
- A strong sense of organization and the ability to juggle priorities
- Great communication skills and a natural ability to lead by example
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
