**Lead Duct Cleaning Technician - $25-$45/hr + Bonuses & Benefits**

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on, customer-focused **Lead Duct Cleaning Technician** to join our team full-time.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Operating and driving a duct cleaning truck (Class 5 license required)
- Performing **residential and commercial duct cleaning**:

- Completing **furnace tune-ups** (training provided if needed)
- Upselling additional services to customers on-site (yes — you’ll earn commission)
- Using **ServiceTitan** to log jobs and keep organized (bonus points if you already know it)
- Working in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops (yes, sometimes it gets gritty — we like it that way)
- Being part of a team that values safety, accountability, and showing up ready to go

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 1 year of duct cleaning experience**:

- Solid mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Valid Alberta **driver’s license**:

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
- Customer-first attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Bonus if you have experience with ServiceTitan or furnace tune-ups
