Integral Air Furnace & Ventilation is expanding our Duct Cleaning Division and we are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly skilled Furnace & Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. We are a customer-focused, safety-driven HVAC company proudly serving residential and commercial clients throughout Alberta.

We are looking for a technician with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on furnace and duct cleaning experience, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service on every job.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and dismantle furnace and duct cleaning equipment in residential and commercial sites
  • Perform HVAC duct cleaning, furnace cleaning, HRV/ERV cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and related services
  • Inspect systems and communicate findings or recommended maintenance to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and daily upkeep of company vehicle and equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and deliver high-quality workmanship
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent Integral Air with professionalism
  • Complete job notes, service documentation, and invoicing as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Furnace & Duct Cleaning experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of duct cleaning systems, negative air machines, rotary cleaning tools, and HVAC best practices
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also in a team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Physically fit—able to lift equipment, work in confined areas, and use ladders
  • Clean Criminal Background Check
