As the Marketing Coordinator, your key objective is raising consumer awareness of our delicious family of products. You will accomplish this by supporting all marketing activities including Advertising, Social Media, Promotional Activity, Events and Public Relations.

This role is ideally suited to a high-energy up and coming Marketing professional who is passionate about food and is wired into what’s trending in the retail food-space across North America. The primary objective of this role is to raise consumer awareness of our delicious products and you’ll do that by actively supporting a variety of initiatives including Advertising, Social media, Promotional Activity, Events, and Public Relations. You’re a storyteller at heart and you generate interest and curiosity by taking insta-worthy pics of food and blasting it out on social channels including Instagram and TikTok. You'll use your strong communication and organizational skills to create highly effective presentations and marketing collateral to support our Sales team in the different channels we have distribution in, and you’ll help us put on great sampling events at various tradeshows and retail locations.

**SUMM Responsibilities**:
- Execute the marketing plan with measurable campaigns and promotional initiatives ensuring SUMM has strong presence both online as well as in the market.
- Support activities relating to advertising, public relations, social media and events.
- Building online presence of SUMM including corporate website and social media channels, ensuring that there is constantly fresh and updated material.
- Contribute to social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing programs to determine effectiveness of campaigns.
- Coordinate efforts for key conferences and trade shows that SUMM will participate in.
- Support the Sales team in developing and creating marketing materials such as trade and product collateral and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to determine areas of opportunity.
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing activity.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
**SUMM Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of analytics, SEO, and an aptitude for project management
- Must be proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, In design, Illustrator, WordPress
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:
- Secondary School (required)
