Company Description

We are hiring a full time **Records Coordinator** to join our Markham office. As a **Records Coordinator **you will be responsible for data entry, filing, maintaining of branch records, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts. The **Records Coordinator** is an important part of the health information management team as they support Supervisors in providing accurate and timely information regarding home visits.

**Job Description**:

- Verifies and reconciles patient service reports
- Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts
- Follows up with supervisory staff regarding outstanding documents
- Files and maintains branch records
- Processes discharged patient health records, merging with in-house chart and auditing for content and completion
- Prepares and maintains records of archived patient files for archival
- Quarterly quality reports related to records management

**Qualifications**:

- Medical Office Administration and/or Health Information Management program certifcate required
- 2 years related office experience (health care experience is an asset)
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Mandatory COVID 19 Vaccine Policy
