**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading and training garden crews to deliver high-quality work
- Managing your schedule and your team’s workflow efficiently
- Meeting with clients to assess garden needs and provide recommendations
- Providing rough estimates for small projects (labour and materials)
- Ensuring plant and weed identification is second nature
- Driving a truck and trailer to job sites
- Handling customer service and sales interactions professionally
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Minimum 3 years of experience** in garden maintenance and landscaping
✔ A strong leader with hands-on experience running garden crews
✔ Physically strong and capable of handling the demands of outdoor work
✔ A self-starter who takes initiative and problem-solves on the go
✔ A reliable team player with a **valid driver’s license** and **your own vehicle**
✔ Excellent **customer service and sales** skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
