**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Dispatch personnel and equipment in response to service requests; organize and coordinate the activities of field units.
- Conduct various administrative duties, including but not limited to, customer service, invoicing, and hiring/orientations.
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
- Work closely with office administrators, supervisors, employees, and contractors to ensure the client’s expectations are met.
- Communicate politely and adequately with customers and employees on a daily basis.
- Facilitate and maintain on-time performance.
- Manage hours of services for drivers
- Manage and invoice rental equipment
- Help with the onboarding process to orientate new hires
- Provide mentorship to employees

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Working knowledge of all applicable regulations governing transportation across various provinces (not limited to Hours of Service, Weights and Dimensions)
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with all customers, employees, vendors, and management
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrate time management and priority setting skills
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment
- Must be highly organized and able to multitask
- Must be accustomed to busy phones
- Ability to adjust priorities on short notice
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Previous dispatch experience is necessary
- Pipe yard experience an asset
- ELD Experience is an asset but not required

**Job Type**: Part time + (TBD)

Hours TBD

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
