**Flaman Sales Ltd. **has an exciting opportunity for you We currently have an opening for an enthusiastic, friendly and ambitious **Parts & Service Liaison** to join our team This is a _temporary_ position, with the possibility of extension, and is based out of our head office in **Nisku, Alberta.**

**Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
**General Duties**
- Collaborate with other staff and management, in all departments, to provide top quality products and services to our customers
- Responsible for fulfilling parts request from service department
- Ensure orders are filled in a timely manner
- Work closely with techs to research and purchase what they need
- Accurately and efficiently, pull parts from stock that will fulfill techs needs
- Work with service data input team to put correct parts on work orders
- Obtain quotes for parts, create parts requisition orders for purchasing agent
- Maintain professional working relationships with many different vendors and suppliers
- Work closely with service shop foreman on timing of parts, what is needed to keep the service shop working smooth and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager

**Administrative Duties**:

- Create purchase requisition orders for purchasing department
- Accurately add parts to work orders
- Generate purchase orders for customer specific orders
- Keep working area neat, tidy, and organized

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experienced Parts/Service Person
- Familiarity with mechanical and agricultural equipment (considered an asset)
- Competent computer skills
- Capable and confident individual focused on customer service
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Organized with ability to balance priorities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Upbeat, positive, team-oriented in nature
- Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members

- Nisku, AB T9E 8A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
