We deeply care about everyone—guests and fellow artisans alike—in our wellness village. **What we need** Under the supervision of the Manager, Massage Therapy & Esthetics, the Spa Attendant will support the smooth daily operation of the massage therapy and esthetics department by welcoming all guests and ensuring a smooth experience, and supporting the estheticians in the preparation of their rooms and materials. You will orient our guests and identify their needs while maximizing and personalizing their experience. You must have a friendly demeanor and know how to offer advice to our customers for their products purchases at the boutique. In addition, you will support other teams to ensure that the customer experience is up to company standards. You will support the elevation of our culture through the lens of our pillars: The best in wellness | The feeling of somewhere else | A trouble-free experience | In a natural state. **What you’ll do** - Provide exceptional hospitality service; - Support the Esthetics team in the following ways: Preparing treatment rooms, preparing products and materials used for treatments, cleaning and room turn over; - Ensuring the adequate supply of products and materials and maintaining inventory logs; - Processing gratuity payments for guests post treatment; - Handling immediate requests or issues by RMT’s and Esthetician’s; - Manage guest needs/concerns; - Ensure that the guest experience is impeccable according to the standards dictated by our brand; - Answer questions about our products in-store as well as our massage therapy and treatment services; - Recognize and create sales opportunities; - Greet clients and assist them with filling out their health history form. - Manage the various guest payment tools; - Maintain the gratuity log sheet and send RMT receipts; - Maintaining the cleanliness, safety and esthetic of the lounge and prep room - Perform any other related task requested by his/her immediate superior or required by his/her duties. **Profile required** - A college degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, management, Esthetics or other relevant training is an asset; - Two or more years of experience in customer service; - Computer skills; - Interpersonal and good communication skills; - Positive and professional attitude; - Ability to solve problems quickly; - May have to deal with some stressful situations; - Ability to lift and stand for long periods of time. **Salary** According to the salary scale in effect; benefits in accordance with those offered at Thermea spa village Whitby. **Work schedule** 40 hours per week; schedule may vary day, evening and weekend. **To apply** Please send your resume and cover letter by clicking on "Apply" below.
