This position requires a presence at our office located in St-Laurent, Montreal, two days a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Your Background
- Currently enrolled in a university program with at least one year completed in a science-related degree.

Your Focus
- Initiate change requests and obtain required approvals.
- Compile allergen requests and renew assessment questionnaires.
- Request documents from partners for the drug master file (DMF) and upload in quality documents system.
- Update and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Experience
- Ability to work in collaboration with many internal stakeholders
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Priority setting
- Initiative and follow through
- Bilingual (French and English) with excellent oral and written communication skills*
