Building Maintenance/custodian/ Wwtp Technician

The Building Maintenance ensures the building’s facilities are maintained in pristine condition while also been the key person overseeing the companies’ water treatment facility. In addition, he/she will maintain the walkways, floors, and walls of the facility.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Using a floor scrubber to ensure the main walkways are kept clean
- Ensuring all bathroom facilities are adequately stocked with supplies and floors are clean
- General sanitation of all auxiliary areas throughout the plant. Snow removal of exterior sidewalks
- Conducting water system tests and determining adjustments and optimization to chemical treatment levels
- Perform light duty repairs on sensitive equipment
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks to ensure the facilities are functioning as normal
- Painting of walls and floors as required
- Gather technical data fromequipment; make system recommendations and adequately document and report
- Provide operational support to production team as needed
- Ensure water softeners are adequately stocked with salt
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Well organized, self-starter with a positive attitude who can work with others to train on water treatment
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- General computer skills
- Can work with mínimal supervision
- Minimal previous water treatment (considered an asset)
- Must possess a flexible and adaptive approach to working and time management.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including overtime and have dependable attendance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
