**Job Position: Kitchen Crew & Front Crew**

A&W Greely is looking to fill multiple kitchen & front room positions. The Kitchen crew produces high quality products in a fast-paced environment that exceed our guests expectations on every visit. The crew also ensures the safety and cleanliness of the kitchen and contributes to achieving high A&W operating standards for the restaurant and care for their guests first before anything else.

The Front Room Crew ensures an excellent experience for their guests by exceeding expectations and taking, assembling, and serving orders accurately. The Front Room Crew cares for their guests first before anything else, delighting them with friendly and caring service that creates loyalty. The Front Room Crew also ensures the dining room is kept clean and presentable and contributes to achieving A&W operating standards for the restaurant.

**DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Produces high-quality products accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing, prepping, cooking, packaging, and presenting high quality food accurately for guests in a fast-paced environment that exceed our guests’ expectations on every visit.
- Love good food - and get excited about preparing it in a fast-paced environment.
- Love learning - you’ll use online learning and hands on training to know how to prepare perfect food to standard recipes or customized for guests;
- Value flexibility - this includes availability to work flexible hours like early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Walking and standing for long periods of time
- Is able to lift and carry up to 20 kg / 45 lbs.
- Effective communication skills.

- Greeting and Serving guest
- Handling guest orders in front room and drive thru responsibly.
- Taking responsibility to maintain a clean dining room as well as other facilities utilized by guests.
- Being accountable for and maintaining designated cashier float, as well as receipts and coupons.
- Value flexibility - this includes availability to work flexible hours like early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Walking and standing for long periods of time

**Work Experience**:

- A&W or Fast Food work experience is an asset, but no minimum requirement

**Pay Rate: $**16.55/HR - **$**17.00/HR

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
