**Responsibilities**
- Analyze campaign performance and develop recommendations to optimize future campaigns
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Certification as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or above required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
