We are hiring a **Manager, Academic Advancement **to support our Brampton Campus.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Act as a lead for academic advisors ensuring student academic success and progress through the programs.
- Oversee class lists and students’ course registration in Learning Management System.
- Organize academic counselling and student support functions, coordinate, and oversee special programs such as peer mentoring (tutoring sessions, study habit workshops).
- Assess student development and promote student growth by determining suitable developmental tasks.
- Assist students in establishing attainable academic goals.
- Manage student GPA and academic promotion reports.
- Coordinate with partner institutions on required reports.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- University degree in relevant field with a record of professional accomplishment in academia, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of exposure in educational management with a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience in an academic setting is required.
- Experience with Schoology, or similar Learning Management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Team player with a client-centric mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
