Bin There Dump That - Driver/Handyman Maintenance

We are looking for someone to join our Bin There Dump That & Bayland Property Management Team. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, is a quick learner and who pays attention to details. Must also be able to get to the place of employment by 7:30 a.m. every day. Work will be Monday to Friday.

**Requirements**:

- Valid G driver's license with clean driving abstract required. Must provide a copy of the abstract if brought in for an interview.
- Able to lift 150 lbs and is physically fit
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Working cell phone - must have data
- Professional attitude
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
- Works well alone or as part of a team
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- To work outdoors and withstand extremes in weather
- Knowledge of Commercial Vehicles
- General maintenance, minor plumbing, drywall repairs, carpentry repairs.
- Job Types: Full Time

Salary

$18 - $23 per hour depending upon experience
