**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to towing requests and roadside assistance calls.
- Safely operate tow trucks and other related equipment to transport vehicles.
- Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best towing methods based on individual situations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during stressful situations.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs or troubleshooting as needed on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including vehicle details and incident reports.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on duty.
**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle issues and perform minor repairs.
- Experience in commercial driving, preferably with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Proficient in automotive repair techniques and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients in various situations.
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
