As the Lease and Finance Retention Manager, you will optimize the lease and finance retention process to enhance customer loyalty. Your primary goal will be to retain customers by providing exceptional service and tailored financial solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to retain lease and finance customers.
- Analyze customer data to identify retention opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to create personalized retention offers.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers nearing the end of their lease or finance term.
- Provide customers with information on lease-end options, including buyouts, trade-ins, and new leases.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and report on retention metrics and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lease and finance retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive finance, leasing, or customer retention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and financial tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
