**YOUR RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Prepare and serve all beverages
- Product knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beer and non-alcoholic selections, preparation methods and garnishes for each drink.
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Perform related maintenance/cleaning of equipment
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of bar-top, service areas.
- Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge guests even when busy
- Keep the area clean (cupboard, counters, dishes, etc)
- Rotate the expired items
- Maintain the supplies of food (perishable and non-perishable)
- Maintain the proper supplies (napkins, cutlery, etc)
- All other tasks as required

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Previous bartending experience in a reputable bar
- Excellent knowledge of wines & spirits, mixology skills
- Smart Serve Certified
