**Position Title**:O&M Commercial Manager
**Department**: Operations & Maintenance
**Reports To**:Senior Director, O&M America & Global Strategy

**Key responsibilities**- Review, edit, negotiate, and finalize utility scale solar PV and BESS O&M contracts with external customers.- Cross departmental coordination for contracting internal projects.- Communicate commercial risks associated with proposed terms and conditions to executive and operational leaders and propose business-minded options.- Track contract modifications, amendments, extensions, and closeouts, and partner with operational leaders to ensure related protocols are performed and documented both timely and appropriately.- Partner with internal and external counsel on commercial, compliance, and contract litigation matters, as needed.- Create cost models for solar PV and BESS projects.- Supporting business development team with response to customer request for proposals.

**Education/Training**- Bachelors degree (law, business, commercial) preferred.- PMP or Contract Management Certification would be an asset.

**Technical Skills**- 3+ years of primary responsibility for contract management and reporting.- Experience managing contracts with energy sector, renewables or engineering companies is preferred.- Demonstrated solid understanding of legal terminology and contract provisions.- Highly self-motivated with good communication skills- Able to create and maintain good relations with the different stakeholders in the organization.- Good leadership skills and management skills.- Superior teamwork experience and collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary internal and external teams.- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and similar office software.- Excellent workload management prioritization skills while working under strict deadlines.
