**Key Job Functions**
- Provides ongoing support in training and communicates feedback from team members to store leadership
- Maximize their personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a “customer-obsessed” omni-channel experience
- Ensures the store is brand aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing display
- Ensures all team members comply with company policies and procedures

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports management (Store Manager and Assistant Manager) in all tasks necessary and efficiency to maintain store operations
- A leadership role in coaching your sales team to meet their personal and store budget goals
- Ensure to maximize sales by providing a positive customer experience
- Understands and adheres to loss prevention and security policies, credit, and procedures (ex. returns and exchanges, deposit logs, etc.)
- Ensure stock replenishment and maintaining merchandise on the sales floor are up to par (price point are correct, missing merchandise are replaced, report mix and damages, etc.)
- Able to climb ladders, move and lift boxes up to 30 lbs
- Inform management about problems and/or irregularities
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Assistant Manager

**Qualifications**
- Key holder/Shift Manager and related work experience in customer service or retail service
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team to achieve sale objective
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a leadership role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
