**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant / Medication Delivery Person to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position will be delivering medications and ensuring adherence to prescribed regimens through witnessing ingestion of regular medications as well as Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT). This position requires a compassionate individual who is reliable, observant, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while providing outstanding service.

**Duties**
- Deliver medications to clients and healthcare facilities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Witness medication administration as per regulatory requirements and pharmacy protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with patients and caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Support the pharmacy team in achieving operational goals and objectives as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a delivery role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, enhancing communication within healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of medication administration processes is beneficial for understanding delivery requirements but not required as we will provide training.
- Experience as a pharmacy assistant or in patient care roles will be considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
