**Job Opportunity**

Ajax Hyundai a part of Drive Autogroup is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join their growing team. The Service Advisor is a key member of the Service team responsible for coordinating the service process and experience by assisting customers. Our Company is looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, is organized, reliable, and passionate about providing exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problem.
- Write internal service repair orders, dispatch work to technicians, and manage sublet work.
- Coordinate after-sales accessory installation/repairs.
- Ensure proper documentation and billing on repair orders.
- Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates.
- Adhere to vehicle care and operation policies.
- Experience with CDK
- Make repair & preventative maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc.
- Follow all organizational safety standards

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 1 year experience
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Confident approach with customers to understand their needs
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone handling experience
