**Position Overview**:
The Clerk - Finance works under the supervision of the Director Health Services or designate and is responsible for performing a variety of financial administrative tasks and other duties that relate to keeping accounts in the financial management of Southern Health-Santé Sud.
The incumbent exercises the appropriate level of initiative and independent judgment in determining work priorities, work methods to be employed and action to be taken on unusual matters. The position functions in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision and values; and the policies of Southern Health-Santé Sud.

Sous la supervision du Directeur Services de santé ou de la personne désignée, le ou la Commis - Finances est chargé d'effectuer une variété de tâches administratives financières et d'autres tâches liées à la tenue des comptes dans le cadre de la gestion financière de Southern Healht-Santé Sud.

**Experience**:
- One (1) years recent experience working in a financial or business environment.
**Expérience**:
- Un (1) an d’expérience récente dans un environnement financier ou commercial.
**Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)**:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited business administration program with a focus in accounting.
- Other suitable combinations of education and experience may be considered.
