**Duties**:
As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will contribute to a diverse range of initiatives and help make real improvements that support a positive change to the organization. Duties will include the updating of guidelines and procedures related to phoenix pay system following compensation rules and regulations, as well as running reports and preparing PPS for the upcoming pay system along with preparing for compensation and benefits units with the upcoming overtime project module.

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of a post-secondary educational program* related to the position OR an acceptable combination of education, experience, and training.
- The educational program must be from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada. If you completed a program outside of Canada, you will be required to obtain proof of a Canadian equivalency at your expense from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES:
E1- *Recent experience in drafting a variety of compensation related documentation, such as guidelines, procedures, reports and summaries.

E2- *Recent experience managing compensation projects or initiatives.

DEFINITIONS:

- Recent means within the last five (5) years.

**Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of related activities, which are acquired on a full-time basis over a period of approximately three (3) years.

ASSETS
EXPERIENCES:
AE1 - Experience in participating and/or leading a project related to compensation.

AE2 - Experience working as a Compensation Analyst or Pay Advisor in a compensation environment.

AE3 - Experience managing a team.

**Conditions of employment**:
