**Start**: ASAP

**Your mission**:

- Develop branding tactics and strategies to make TagsforHope a household brand name
- Manage our social media paid acquisition channels that include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Manage our Google Search ads
- Identify growth opportunities to drive top and mid-funnel performance
- Work on copywriting marketing messaging on our store website, retail displays, packaging, ad content, and more
- Create and edit digital ad content that includes marketing images and social media videos
- Participate in brainstorming meetings to develop the next product ideas
- Directly work with and report to the CEO at TagsforHope

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a 2-year Marketing, Communications, or Advertising Education
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2C product marketing, branding, and social media management.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in implementing them.
- Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Proficiency in creating and editing digital ad content, such as marketing images and social media videos.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and comfortable reporting directly to the CEO.

**Nice to haves**:

- Passion for pets and a strong understanding of the pet industry is a plus
- Photoshop and Illustrator experience
- Adobe Premiere Experience
