**SHOT FINALING / TECH ANIM SUPERVISOR**
- Organization and great communication skills: The supervisor is responsible for tracking the schedule properly so we achieve all our deliveries; also must communicate with all our departments to assure assets/rigs are fixed, and lighting is getting their shots on schedule.
- Moderate knowledge about animation: The Shot Finaling supervisor is responsible for reviewing shots before they render, and must be able to see crashings and errors to be corrected by shot finaling artists.
- Moderate knowledge about Maya cloth: Even though nCloth system is built by either rigging or cfx department, the supervisor must have enough knowledge to discuss fixes on the system with other departments.
