**The role**

As the Shipper/Receiver you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement and storage of the product in the warehouse. You will participate in keeping the warehouse clean and organized. This role will be responsible for processing incoming shipments and pulling printed orders to be shipped as well moving product from stocking locations to shipping locations for processing.

**What you will focus on**
- Receive supplies; accept stock orders and deliver supplies to various departments
- Prepare orders for shipment to offsite locations
- Enter received /shipped items electronically; arrange couriers/ensure shipping waybills are completed
- Assist with annual inventory; monitor stock levels on a regular basis
- Maintain internal record-keeping
- Arrange pickups with a variety of couriers
- Prepare proper and safe packaging of customer’s goods to be shipped
- Inspect and count items that are received, ensuring accuracy
- Operate lift truck, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods
- Take telephone inquiries
- Perform various duties as assigned within a warehouse environment
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times based on company policy
- Other duties as assigned

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
- Experience in shipping/ receiving, record keeping procedures, or supply tracking /inventory control preferred
- Certification to operate forklift/tow motors preferred but not required. Will train if not certified
- Good computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- As part of the employment criteria, individuals need to meet company criminal check requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
