**Responsibilities**

You shall develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through personalized service.

We expect you to collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategize on maximizing potential.

You will proactively address client concerns and feedback, guaranteeing seamless communication between Home Team Live and its valued partners.

We require you to analyze account data and metrics to generate insightful reports that drive strategic decision-making and improve overall performance.

Your role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services aligned with customer requirements and expectations.

We expect you to organize and participate in regular review meetings with clients, maintaining open lines of communication and fostering trust and reliability.

You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements efficiently, aligning them with company policies while meeting the unique needs of each key account.

You shall keep updated with industry trends and competitive activities to provide expert advice to clients and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
