**Salary will be negotiated on qualifications and experience.**
- You will be responsible for ensuring products comply with established regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- You will assist the QA manager and production supervisors to train and coach departmental personnel to properly perform there duties.
- You will ensure product meets all identified product specifications.
- You will assist the QA Manager in maintaining HACCP, SQF and Pre-requisite programs.
- You will test ingredients as necessary.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and documenting temperatures and operations throughout the days production.
- Reviewing and verifying production documents during the days production.
- Other tasks as assigned.
**Must Have/Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12 months experience in food manufacturing industry as a Quality Assurance Technician. With a working knowledge of HACCP, FSEP and SQF.
- You must be able to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
- Have an assertive personality with the ability to make decisions independently.
- Have the ability to perform duties with mínimal supervision.
- Have a strong ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Some heavy lifting required ( up to 25kg )
- Computer Skills - MS office
- Leadership and Teamwork : demonstrate ability to work with people in a manner that builds high morale and group commitment.
- Openness and Communication: demonstrate ability to communicate with others in a professional manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
