- Assist in inspections and service on various models of overhead cranes/lifting devices
- Assist in extensive on site electrical, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting
- Assist is on site repairs on overhead traveling cranes in conjunction with planned repairs
- Accountable for all the company issued tools, ladders, and inventory levels assigned to you
- Maintain all company equipment and assets in proper working order and neat or clean
- Follow and abide by all Munck Cranes Service Division Inc. and customer Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Must be able to work in fast pace environments without sacrificing quality and safety
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Other duties as assigned

**Experience/Job Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 2 years working experience, preferably in an industrial or servicing industry
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be willing to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Must be willing to travel as required for job completion

**Salary**: $22-26.50 per hour
