ition, you will oversee apartment suite turnovers and repair work in a portfolio of properties across Toronto. Responsibilities - Oversee and direct restoration projects from conception to completion - Scope out new work and provide quotes to clients - Coordinate and schedule appointments at job sites for subcontractors - Assist with trade recruitment - Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory - Review the work progress on daily basis with owner Requirements - Proven working experience in apartment renovation projects - Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods - Expert knowledge of building products, supplies, and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards - Excellent time and project management skills - Must have good communication and customer service skills Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year Benefits:

- Paid time off Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed Experience:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred) Language:

- English (preferred) Work Location: In person
