**Systems Analyst**

At ZEN Residential Ltd., we provide unparalleled, high-grade asset and property management solutions to rental property proprietors in Edmonton, Calgary, and the neighbouring regions.

ZEN Residential is seeking a talented and motivated Systems Analyst to join our innovative property management team. As a company that prides itself on redefining property management through technology and exceptional service, we're looking for someone who can help us continue to push the boundaries of what's possible in our industry. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our technological infrastructure and enhancing our digital capabilities. You'll work closely with various departments to analyze, implement, and maintain systems that support our unique approach to property and asset management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze current business processes and IT systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with our asset management department to enhance our investment analysis tools
- Maintain and upgrade our proprietary Resident Retention Management System (RRMS)
- Develop and improve our customized resident app, ensuring seamless user experience
- Support the automation of day-to-day tasks to increase operational efficiency
- Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for enhancements
- Assist in the integration of new technologies to improve resident experiences and property management processes
- Provide technical support and training to staff on new and existing systems

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong understanding of database management systems and SQL
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools

- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
