Brokerage Administrator
Job Description Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to a top performing sales team and as such must possess excellent technical, organizational and communication skills. Considerable judgment and initiative are required to contribute in this fast paced, exciting environment.
**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare marketing packages, reports, and listing presentations, which may include designing brochures or specialized reports
3. Coordinate marketing and research efforts, zoning searches, comparables, etc., as it relates to marketing packages
4. Compile information for vendor activity reports
5. Organize and prepare real estate transaction documents, i.e. confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, closing documents etc.
6. Assist with aspects of relationship management with clients, and required reporting
7. Perform general administrative tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, photocopying, printing & binding of marketing packages, telephone calls, archiving, couriers, mailings, etc.
8. Miscellaneous and special projects requests, and any other administrative tasks as required by the team to facilitate the transaction of C&W real estate business
**Qualifications**:
1. Prior experience in a real estate office environment would be a definite asset
2. University or College degree preferred, but not required
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
4. Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign is an asset
5. Client management skills
6. Research skills
7. Strong written and oral communication skills
8. Excellent attention to detail
9. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet client deadlines is essential
10. Ability to work independently while providing support to a team
11. Strong work ethic / commitment level required
