Approval Agency is an automotive finance company that focuses on providing customers across Ontario with a world-class virtual car purchasing experience. **What do we expect?**
We expect you to exercise a high degree of professionalism and discretion in dealing with customers. You should be someone who is confident speaking to customers and selling over the phone. Our business operates on exceptional customer service and this is something you should strongly value as part of our team. The hours for this position are 10am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month (you will get a weekday off on the week you work Saturday). You will be required to maintain contact with your customers which will mean answering calls and texts after business hours. On your days off, you will not receive any new leads. The day to day requirements of this position include:
- Discuss needs of customers and educate them about current lender requirements and the financing options available to them
- Monitor CRM (Vinsolutions) for leads and ensure all tasks are completed
- Work directly with financial institutions to obtain funding options
- Drive high sales closing rates by overcoming objections, providing value and educating customers about warranties
- Make a minimum of 50 calls per day or 250 per week
- Liaise with delivery team to ensure safe and timely delivery of vehicles
- Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations
- applicants are preferably OMVIC certified or willing to obtain certification (Approval Agency can support you in this process)
- Source vehicles and assist customers with vehicle selection
- No specific education is required and training will be provided, phone sales experience is greatly preferred
