**Overview**

This role involves working closely with managers, clients and other installers, to capably install Gemstone Lights to manufacturer’s specifications.

**Responsibilities**
- Create installation plans and provide clear and accurate instruction to installation team
- Install Gemstone Lights and other landscape and seasonal lighting to a high standard, consistently meeting or exceeding quality and time standards as set out by management.
- Guide and train clients through setup process and capably handle any and all complaints and questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Gemstone Lights, landscape lights, and other seasonal lights.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed when handling electrical equipment and working at heights.
- Operate to a high degree of competence bucket trucks, lift equipment and other specialized equipment related to working at heights.
- Maintain an organized inventory of Gemstone Lights and other seasonal lighting supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Gemstone Lights crew leader role, minimum 2 years.
- Strong understanding of lighting design principles and techniques.
- Expertise with various types of Gemstone Lights installation equipment and methods to manufacturers specifications.
- Experienced and skilled in operating bucket trucks and mobile work platforms including articulating lifts up to 85’, straight booms up to 85’ and scissor lifts up to 45‘.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by seasonally-varied installation schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Pay: $28.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
