**Job Purpose**

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Warehouse & Logistics, the primary purpose of the Service Inventory Coordinator is to manage service parts inventory through scheduled cycle counts, managing inventory discrepancies and performing root cause analysis for variances. This role is also expected to fulfill general material handling responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage Service Parts Inventory by scheduling cycle counts, complete root cause analysis for variance and resolving inventory discrepancies; item creation & maintenance.
- Work with all Compugen Branches and 3rd party vendors to ensure compliance as outlined in objectives; monitor and maintain the key performance indicators ensuring they are analyzed effectively and addressed when needed.
- Provide guidance to Compugen branches and other storage locations to help them achieve timely receipt of Inventory and inventory accuracy.
- Manage and/or participate in projects from time to time as business needs change and evolve
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Manage, maintain ISO procedures related Inventory control area. Document the changes to the procedures in a timely manner
- Ensure health & safety protocols are followed at all times.

In addition to the duties and tasks outlined above, this role may be asked to perform general materials management duties including but not limited to:

- Lift, move or reposition equipment as needed for cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Open, close and tape, label boxes, and wrap product as needed
- Stack and unstack product
- Move pallets of product from one location to another, with the use of powered material handling equipment, as directed

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in Inventory Control and/or Warehouse environment required
- Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel required
- Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Data driven individual with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work with tight timelines
- Ability to lift maximum 50lbs unassisted
- Working knowledge of JDE will be an asset
- Flexibility to adjust to change shifts occasionally - all shifts are between the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM.
